Full bodied fine wines at Eggerwirt

Fine wines – represent lifestyle and joie de vivre

Even in ancient times, wine and its exquisite flavour was appreciated for its rejuvenating effects. To this day it has lost none of its appeal – quite the contrary: The consumption of fine wines and wine culture represent a discerning lifestyle and is one of life’s greatest pleasures. But there is more to wine than you think.

Did you know?

Wine, especially red wine, has many positive effects on our body. These are caused by the so-called polyphenols, which act as antioxidants and neutralise free radicals. Consumed in moderation, wine can even keep you young and healthy:

Studies suggest that wine can help prevent hardening of the arteries.
Juice from the vine can protect against heart attacks and cardiovascular disease.
Even the risk of cancer is said to be reduced by moderate wine consumption.
This noble beverage is also considered to prevent Alzheimer’s.

Indulge in the pleasure of full bodied fine wines at Eggerwirt

Your Eggerwirt hosts place great value on stylish flair and culinary delights, as well as the pleasure of enjoying full bodied, fine wines. Wine aficionados and connoisseurs of particular grape varieties and vintages are just as well catered for as those with a less experienced palate, but who nonetheless enjoy a glass of fine wine every so often.
