Our Finnish garden sauna is the most traditional form of sauna. Here, against a stunning backdrop of nature, we regularly perform the Finnish “löyly” ritual of pouring water over the hot stones. This highlight is accompanied by special light and sound effects and film presentations. If you’re brave enough to stay the course, you’ll also reap the benefits – time in the sauna detoxifies your body, strengthens your vascular system, and makes your body tissue and muscles more flexible. Afterwards, you can cool down by walking through our frozen fog passageway.

Often referred to as the “Queen of the Alps”, Arolla pine is a very special tree. It has numerous characteristics that have been proven to promote well-being and revitalise the body when combined with warmth and steam. Arolla pine is pleasantly fragrant, helping you relax physically and mentally as soon as you enter the sauna.

If you prefer a softer approach, try our infra-red cabin. Warmed from within, you can sweat gently here without putting strain on your heart. The deep warmth protects your veins, has a purifying, detoxifying effect on your body, strengthens your immune system and is beneficial for your skin and joints.

Our panorama bio-sauna is located in our LADY SPA, so it’s for women only. In this sauna, the temperature is lower and the humidity higher than in a traditional sauna. This is less stressful for the cardiovascular system, which means you can stay in the sauna longer – a considerable advantage, given the stunning panorama views!

Our rose quartz steam room is also reserved for ladies only. Rose quartz is a charmstone said to be good for your heart. It’s also known as the charmstone of lovers. Associated with sensitivity and romance, rose quartz is reputed to awaken deep longings. The gentle power of rose quartz helps people to open up and build confidence for a new start. So it also helps heal emotional scars.

Since our Premium SPA is reserved for adult guests only, we’ve created a separate opportunity for families with young children to enjoy special spa experiences together. In our family sauna, children will be quick to feel the soothing effect of humid warmth on their respiratory tracts.

Thick clouds of fragrant steam. A steam room is a variation on a sauna, except that the temperature here is stoked by water vapour. The warmth and high humidity have a liberating effect on our respiratory system and open our pores. The steam detoxifies the body very gently and very healthily.

If you want to strengthen your immune system, spend a few minutes in our ice grotto as soon as you emerge from the sauna! Rub yourself down with ice from the rock to cool down in style. Bringing down your body temperature in the ice grotto is great for your circulation and closes your skin pores.

This sauna doesn’t just purge your lungs – it cleanses your thoughts! The climate in the herb sauna is wonderfully warm and humid. The air in this sauna is pervaded by fragrant herbs, helping tense muscles relax and cleansing your respiratory tract. The gentle warmth prevents your organism from overheating and is perfect for relaxing and detoxifying.

This ocean-fresh health boost will immediately make you feel better and more vibrant! Our sea salt grotto is infused with the revitalising fragrance of eucalyptus, blended with a mild steam inhaler. At the press of a button, you can also add sea salt to the vapour. The resulting bioclimate is equivalent to a holiday by the seaside.

The Laconium is a dry sauna, making it ideal for people who don’t cope well with the high temperatures of traditional saunas. The warmth here leaves you feeling fresh and deeply relaxed in mind and body. Before entering our Laconium, we recommend you use the Tepidarium – a regenerative bath that prepares your body for the next sauna session. It raises your body temperature lightly and gently activates your immune system.
