Gourmet delights, day and night
Start the day with a colourful breakfast buffet, including special section for organic & high-vitamin foods. If you feel peckish in the afternoon, help yourself to salads and snacks from our health food buffet, light foods from our Vitalbistro buffet or our selection of home-made cakes. And to crown it all? Enjoy a 4-course à la carte evening meal, cooked with natural ingredients and themed menus. Guests are welcome to help themselves to fresh fruit, mountain spring water, tea and non-alcoholic drinks at any time of day or night.

We believe children should be able to enjoy their food every bit as much as the adults. That’s why we start the day with a breakfast buffet for young bon vivants and then organise a special lunch table in our kid’s club – because we know children prefer to eat together with other children. After enjoying snacks in the afternoon, children can choose their favourite 4-course meal from the menu of the day. Naturally, our chef includes a daily special for children. Throughout the day, children are provided with juice and our own mountain spring water, free of charge.

Pure well-being in a glass
Our St. Michael’s water is tapped from the wellspring on our grounds, and is entitled to bear the designation “mountain spring water”. Its quality is excellent – much better, in fact, than many famous mineral water brands. Water fountains are available around the hotel for guests to draw their own mountain spring water – free of charge, of course! Choose from carbonated or still. We’ll be happy to provide you with a drinking bottle on request.

In our lovingly restored wine cellar (dating from 1640!) we store fine wines from Austria, Italy and France. With red, white and rosé wines, there’s something here for every preference.
