Yoga Retreat - back to your centre
What to expect
A long weekend to arrive, breathe deeply and recharge your batteries. With gentle yoga sessions, breathing exercises, meditation and journaling, we will find our way back to our centre – physically, mentally and emotionally. Surrounded by the Lungau mountains, we will let go of what no longer serves us and strengthen what nourishes us.
Daily structure & content
- Thursday – Arrival & settling in
- Individual arrival in the afternoon
- 5 p.m. – Welcome tea & getting to know each other in the lounge
- 5.30–6.30 p.m. – Yang to Yin Yoga: From active and powerful Yang energy to gentle Yin Yoga for grounding & relaxation
→ Focus: Calming the nervous system, transition from everyday life to retreat
- 5 p.m. – Welcome tea & getting to know each other in the lounge

- Friday – Back into the body
- 7:30–8:30 a.m. – Morning Flow: Energy & clarity for the day
→ Focus: Three-dimensional breathing, conscious alignment, body awareness
- 4:00–4:45 p.m. – Workshop: Nervous system & everyday life
→ Mini-impulse, journaling & exchange
- 5:00–6:15 p.m. – Slow Vinyasa & Meditation: From the outside to the inside
→ Focus: Three-dimensional breathing, conscious alignment, body awareness

- Saturday – Finding stability & lightness
- 7:30–8:30 a.m. – Morning Yoga: Clarity & inner balance
→ Focus: Strengthening the centre, self-contact
- 4:00–4:45 p.m. – Workshop: Self-care & mindfulness
→ Mini-impulse, journaling & small partner exercise
- 5:00–6:15 p.m. – Moonlight yoga & letting go
→ Focus: Strengthening the centre, self-contact
- 4:00–4:45 p.m. – Workshop: Self-care & mindfulness
→ Mini-impulse, journaling & small partner exercise
- 5:00–6:15 p.m. – Moonlight yoga & letting go
- Sunday – Starting the day with renewed energy
- 7:30–8:30 a.m. – Morning practice: intention & integration
→ Focus: What am I taking away with me? How can I stay centred?
- From 9:00 a.m. – Breakfast together & closing session
- Individual departure

This retreat is aimed at anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves, longs for peace, movement and inner balance, and is looking for inspiration to make their everyday life more stress-free and mindful. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Yoga instructor Sarah Pleisnitzer and we look forward to seeing you!
