Monday:

• meeting
• Warm up and introductory game
• Learning the pole technique
• Improve the basic technique of the classical right diagonal step

Tuesday:

• Video analysis
• Common cross-country skiing

Thursday:

• Common cross-country skiing

Friday:

• Final tour with the adoption and allocation of documents in the fireplace in the cozy meeting new Kaminstube

The course also takes place at only one station.
