Lungau potato soup

A local speciality...
Ingredients:

butter
onion (diced)
bacon (diced)
white wine
balsamic vinegar
beef soup
cream
salt
marjoram
caraway seeds
garlic
potatoes (diced)
corn flour
Lungau potato soup
 
 
Method:

Sauté the onion and bacon in butter, douse with balsamic vinegar and white wine.
Add the beef soup and cream.
Season with salt, marjoram, garlic and caraway seeds.
Add the diced potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft.
Finally, thicken the soup with corn flour.
